What ages do you work with?

Adults 18+ for all services.
5+ for Safe and Sound Protocol only (no psychotherapy)

What insurance do you accept?

My services are out-of-network with all insurance companies. This means you will pay out of pocket at the time of service. I will provide you with a form containing dates of service and billing codes for each session. Many plans provide reimbursement for out-of-network expenditures, but not all. Please check with your specific policy regarding out-of-network reimbursements.

What are your rates?

I work and bill through Palmentera and Associates.

Our rates are:

$150 for the intake session

$140 for 50 minute sessions

$160 for 90 minute extended sessions

I recommend extended sessions of 90 minutes for EMDR

EMDR Intensives require extended sessions of 90-120 minutes ($160-$180)

Inner Twin Therapy as an adjunct to other work outside of psychotherapy with me will be billed as 1-2 extended sessions.

Safe and Sound Protocol only (no psychotherapy) is billed directly by me at a rate of $50 per hour.
